If you only have one product that someone can purchase from you then you are strictly limiting how much money you can generate per customer.

If you have multiple products on your website then you boost your credit instantly and you are able to help far more people. The number of prospects for your business increments dramatically.

If you only have low priced products or beginner products then again you limit your profit potential.

When someone comes to your website they may be a beginner or they may already know a certain amount about your niche. You need to be able to offer something whatever level they may be at.

This means having multiple products. Some beginner ones, some advanced training and complete A to Z courses. Also providing coaching programs will dramatically increase your overall profits and provide tangible help for those in your market who are looking for it.

So you've really got to listen to your customers. What are they looking for? What help do they actually need? Are you providing it?

Interacting means being a real person that is available to help and provide feedback. Do not hide behind a support desk! Interact personally. Show your face, speak to your customers and you will be able to discover exactly what products you need to create.

This is one reason why producing audio and video products is beneficial. It helps you to build a stronger rapport with your customers and of course it helps them understand at a defect level what you are teaching. It's a win win for both sides!
